These terms apply when you use stalls.admugstudio.com and when you request a quotation from ADMUG Studio LLP. They do not replace the contract or work order for an actual stall project, which is agreed separately in writing.

This site is operated by ADMUG Studio LLP, No. 6/31, Masakalipalayam Road, Rajalakshmi Nagar, Lakshmipuram, Peelamedu, Coimbatore 641 004, Tamil Nadu, India.

Using the site

You may read, print and share these pages for your own business purposes. You may not copy the site or substantial parts of it to build a competing service, scrape it automatically, or use it in any way that interferes with its operation.

Enquiries and quotations

• Submitting a form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract and does not reserve production capacity.
• Any price we give before a site survey and a final drawing is an estimate. It can change once the stall size, materials, venue rules and dates are confirmed.
• A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. Where nothing is stated, treat it as thirty days.
• Work begins when a quotation is accepted in writing and any advance stated in it is received.

Designs and drawings

Concepts, layouts, 3D renders and artwork we prepare remain our intellectual property until the project is paid for in full. They are shared with you to evaluate our proposal, and should not be passed to another contractor to build.

Anything you send us, such as your logo, product photographs or brand guidelines, stays yours. By sending it you confirm you have the right to use it, and you allow us to reproduce it on your stall and its graphics.

Photography of completed work

We usually photograph stalls we build and may show them in our portfolio, on this site and on social media. If you would prefer we did not, tell us before the show and we will not.

Content on this site

Photographs, drawings, text and the ADMUG name and logo belong to ADMUG Studio LLP or to the clients whose stalls are shown. Third party brand names and logos appearing in project photographs belong to those companies and are shown to identify the work we carried out.

We keep the information here accurate, but stall specifications, materials and service details can change. Nothing on this site is a binding offer.

Links to other sites

Where we link out, for example to WhatsApp, we are not responsible for that site or service, or for its content and privacy practices.

Liability

We provide this website as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site, from any interruption to it, or from decisions taken on the basis of information published here. This does not limit our responsibilities under a signed project contract, and it does not exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
