It started with brands, not booths

The first exhibition stall we built was not a business decision. It was a favour.

ADMUG Studio began as a branding and advertising studio — logos, campaigns, print, film. Then a client whose brand we had built on paper asked us to make it stand up for three days in a hall full of competitors. We said yes. We have been building ever since.

That is why a stall is never a box we brand at the end. It is your brand, built full size, on a deadline that does not move.

Three days that decide the year

A trade show does not care how good your product is if nobody stops walking.

For most of the companies we work with, one exhibition is the largest marketing spend of the year, and the whole return rests on a few square metres of floor and about four seconds of a stranger’s attention. Miss those four seconds and the brochures stay in the box.

So we design for the four seconds, then build for the three days that follow.

The gap where projects go wrong

Most stall companies in India are one of two things: designers who hire out the building, or workshops that treat design as an afterthought. Either way there is a handover, and the handover is where the render stops matching the stall. The panel that looked effortless in 3D turns out to need a week nobody has. The graphics arrive in the wrong size. Everyone blames the other supplier, politely, while your show date gets closer.

We kept both under one roof. Our designers can walk twenty steps and ask the person who will actually cut the panel whether it can be done by Friday.

That walk is the whole difference. It is why what you approve in 3D is what you find waiting at the venue.

Branding does not stop at the fascia

Because we came from branding, we still do the work that surrounds a stall: logo and identity systems, brochures and catalogues, and the digital marketing that decides how many people walk toward your stand in the first place. SEO, Google Ads and social campaigns timed around your show dates mean the stall opens with meetings already in the diary.

Exhibitors who use us for both notice the same thing. The stall, the brochure and the landing page finally look like one company.

Pan-India service — Chennai, Coimbatore, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kochi, Mumbai, Vijayawada, New Delhi and Punjab. We build in our own workshop and install wherever your show is.

Reaching a venue is the easy part. Arriving with a stall that fits the space, satisfies the organiser and is standing before the deadline is the part we have spent eleven years getting right.
